Testing continues throughout middle school, so our schedule will be modified. As well, I will be chaperoning the 6th grade field trip so I will not be in class on Monday or Tuesday. We will continue with our Alcatraz unit, and new vocabulary will be given on Wednesday.
Our vocabulary test will be moved to Thursday, January 18th. You should continue with the words on Quizlet.
Remember when we are testing next week that the school has promised rewards of pizza and an in school dance party for those students who show any gains. I am very excited to be starting the book, Al Capone Does My Shirts this quarter. Just like last quarter we will be graded heavily on the vocabulary quizzes and reading comprehension from what we do in class. You should be doing I-Ready at home, due to testing our access to the in class computers will be limited.
